We will be closed for training on the 1st Tuesday of each month from 12:30pm, except for the months of January and August. 

Evening Appointments

From 1st September 2018 a limited number of evening appointments are available from 6.30pm to 8pm Monday to Friday across Castle Point & Rochford practices. Only one GP practice is open per evening, so please bear in mind the appointment may not be here and that you may have to travel for the appointment.

Please call us if you would like one of these appointments, which are only available to book in advance. It is NOT a walk-in service. 

Weekend GP Service

You can now book an appointment with a GP or Practice Nurse on a Saturday

The service is open on Saturdays between 9am and 3pm 

Doctors and nurses appointments can be booked via reception and they are held at either:

• Audley Mills Surgery, 57 Eastwood Road, Rayleigh, Essex SS6 7JF  
• Jones Family Practice, 55 Southend Road, Hockley, Essex SS5 4PZ

Advance appointments can be booked via Riverside Medical Centre on our usual number.  

Please note this is not a walk in service - appointments only.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
